A group booking is for your guests to celebrate together; it does not reserve the whole restaurant. Whether your group has 30, 40 or 50 people, ESQ remains open to other guests during our public opening hours. We can check whether your group can sit together in a bay, subject to availability.
Groups above 20 book directly with ESQ after a seating check. Their deposit is £10 per guest, credited to the final bill, with 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations.
If you need the restaurant to yourselves, ask about a time outside public opening hours. Exclusive use needs management approval; its price and deposit are agreed with you separately.

A group booking does not give your party exclusive use of ESQ during public opening hours. Even for 30, 40 or 50 guests, the restaurant remains open to other guests. We can check grouped seating in a bay, subject to availability. Exclusive use may be considered outside public opening hours only, subject to management approval.
Group dining
Explore the party set menu.
For approximately 10–30 guests, the current set menu offers one starter, one main and one side per guest, plus water and table juices. The set menu is £55 per person, available from 7pm on our opening days, including weekends. Your party set menu booking will be agreed and arranged by our WhatsApp team. Send every guest’s food choices at least 48 hours before arrival.
A group table or bay does not include exclusive use of ESQ; other guests can dine with us at the same time. Every booked group is seated together, subject to availability for the full group. Please tell us about allergies when enquiring and tell your waiter before ordering.

For groups above 20 during opening hours, the deposit is £10 per guest and the cancellation notice is 48 hours. Exclusive use outside opening hours needs a separate management-approved quote and deposit.
