1. Website use

These terms apply to use of https://www.esqgrill.com and the online booking journey. Information is provided in good faith and may change as venue availability and current offers are updated.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to live availability and confirmation.
• Provide accurate contact details so confirmation and essential updates can reach you.
• Review the selected package, date, time, party size, price and any displayed payment requirement before confirming.
• An online enquiry or private-hire form is not a confirmed venue reservation until ESQ confirms it.

3. Deposits, changes and cancellations

Weekend Brunch, Weekend Brunch — Cocktails Only, Evening Bag and Evening Bag — Cocktails Only require a £10 per person deposit. Package cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Standard private hire uses a £100 deposit and requires 48 hours’ cancellation notice. Review the terms shown for the selected booking before payment.

4. Packages and private hire

Weekend Brunch sessions run for 3 hours from 3 PM–6 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Evening Bag sessions run for 2 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the available times shown in booking. Package minimum group size is 2. Private-hire capacity is 60; facilities and any exclusive use depend on prior agreement with management. No private-hire minimum spend is published.

5. Safety and venue conduct

Guests must follow applicable law, licensing requirements and reasonable staff instructions. Aggressive, abusive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour is not permitted. Shisha is outdoors only and is never offered or advertised as an indoor service.

6. Privacy and payments

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. Online card payments, when required, use the payment provider shown in the secure checkout journey. ESQ does not ask you to submit card details through the contact form.
