1. Website use

These terms apply to use of https://www.esqgrill.com and the online booking journey. Information is provided in good faith and may change as venue availability and current offers are updated.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to live availability and confirmation.
• Provide accurate contact details so confirmation and essential updates can reach you.
• Review the selected package, date, time, party size, price and any displayed payment requirement before confirming.
• An online enquiry or private-hire form is not a confirmed venue reservation until ESQ confirms it.
• Please arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time or contact ESQ if delayed. Any extra flexibility depends on available seats.

3. Deposits, changes and cancellations

Weekend Party Brunch, Brunch After Dark, Midweek Unlimited Cocktails and Bank Holiday Monday packages require a £10 per-person deposit. This applies to both Food + Unlimited Cocktails and Unlimited Cocktails Only options. Ordinary table bookings for 3 or more guests require a £10 per-person deposit; table bookings for 1–2 guests do not require a deposit. Groups above 20 book directly with ESQ and pay a £10 per-person deposit after seating is checked. Booking deposits are credited to the final bill. Changes or cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. When you cancel at least 48 hours before your booking, your booking deposit is refunded; contact ESQ to arrange this. A table booking no-show forfeits the deposit. Exclusive hire outside opening hours requires a separate management-approved quote and deposit. Review the terms shown for the selected booking before payment.

4. Packages and private hire

Weekend Party Brunch sessions run for 3 hours from 3 PM–6 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Brunch After Dark sessions run for 2 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7 PM, 9 PM and 11 PM. Midweek Unlimited Cocktails runs for 2 hours on Wednesday and Thursday with starts at 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM and 10 PM. Package minimum group size is 2. Groups above 20 guests must book through ESQ so seating can be checked. Venue booking capacity is 55 guests at the same time. A group booking, including for 30, 40 or 50 guests, does not reserve the whole restaurant during public opening hours. ESQ remains open to other guests, and group seating together in a bay is subject to availability. Exclusive use can be considered outside public opening hours only and requires management approval. No private-hire minimum spend is published.

The optional £100 birthday package includes a medium cake, bottle of Prosecco and sparklers. You can request a name on the cake. It is paid at booking, alongside any booking deposit, and needs at least 48 hours’ notice.

5. Safety and venue conduct

Guests must follow applicable law, licensing requirements and reasonable staff instructions. Aggressive, abusive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour is not permitted. Shisha is outdoors only and is never offered or advertised as an indoor service.

6. Privacy and payments

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. Online card payments, when required, use the payment provider shown in the secure checkout journey. ESQ does not ask you to submit card details through the contact form.
