1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ESQ Cocktail Bar & Grill website ( https://esq-gravity.vercel.app) and your attendance at our venue, events, and experiences. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts vary by package and party size.
Booking confirmations will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp. Please check your details carefully.
You must provide accurate contact information when making a reservation. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect details.
Minimum party sizes may apply to certain packages, especially during peak hours.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

48+ hours notice — Full deposit refund available.
24–48 hours notice — 50% of the deposit may be retained.
Less than 24 hours / no-show — The full deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations must be communicated via email (info@esqgrill.com) or WhatsApp.
ESQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Late Arrivals

Tables will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes past the booked time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. After 15 minutes, your table may be released without refund, particularly during peak periods.

5. Bottomless Brunch Packages

Bottomless packages are limited to 2 hours from the start of your sitting.
Drinks are served at a reasonable pace as determined by our staff.
ESQ reserves the right to limit or stop service if a guest is deemed to be excessively intoxicated, in accordance with UK licensing laws.
Bottomless drinks are for individual consumption only and cannot be shared.
The bottomless drinks menu is pre-set. Upgrades or substitutions may be available at an additional charge.

6. Private Events & Hire

Private event bookings require a signed event agreement and a non-refundable deposit (minimum 50%).
Final guest count and catering selections must be confirmed 7 days before the event.
Any damages to the venue or property caused by event guests will be charged to the event organiser.
External food, drinks, or entertainment are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Prices on the website and menu are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
A discretionary service charge may be added to your bill. This is optional and can be removed upon request.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will honour the price at the time of booking.

8. Conduct & Safety

All guests must be 18 years or older. Valid photo ID may be required.
ESQ operates a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, abusive, or disorderly behaviour.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the premises without refund.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any possession or use will result in immediate removal and potential reporting to authorities.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. ESQ is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

9. Dress Code

ESQ maintains a smart casual dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not meet the dress standard. Sportswear, workwear, and excessively casual attire may not be permitted, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings.

10. Photography & Media

ESQ may capture photos and videos at the venue for marketing and social media purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to appear in our media, please inform a member of staff.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ESQ Cocktail Bar & Grill and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESQ Cocktail Bar & Grill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our venue. Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
